Jordyn meets the Easter Bunny!

We all got up bright 'n early Saturday morning, we had a big day planned!! It was supposed to be 80+ degrees and we wanted to take advantage of the beautiful day!

We got up, ate breakfast, Mommy went to the gym while Jordyn took her midmorning nap, and then we cleaned the inside of both of our vehicles! Jordyn sat in her stroller and watched us the whole time, she loved the warm sun, breeze, and watching us of course!

We got cleaned up, ate a quick lunch, and off we were to get our afternoon started. Not before enjoying alittle more time outside though...

Of course on our way to see the Easter bunny, Jordyn fell asleep! So we decided to get our oil changed first so daddy dropped us off at the strip mall and walked over after he dropped the durango off to be serviced.

We did alittle shopping and walked over to the Service Center and found out the durango had a nail in the tire, so they had to patch that up so it took alittle longer than expected. So we just enjoyed a little mid afternoon snack and refreshments...someone got their hands on daddy's protein bar!

When the durango was finally done getting serviced we hurried over to Bass Pro Shop where the Easter bunny was. He was scheduled to leave at 4:00 and we got there around 3:50, whew! Talk about a rush! We made it though and Jordyn loved the bunny!!

This was the professional one, of course she kept a very close eye on mommy and daddy :)

She was sure checking the bunny out...what is this big furry thing??

And then of course we had to get our traditional family picture with the bunny :)

All in all, it was a success Bunny visit!! We didn't know how Jordyn would do now that she's nearing the stranger danger stage...she did great though!

After the bunny we were off to the mall so Mommy could get her nails and toes done before the big Easter weekend! Daddy enjoyed Chikfil-A while Jordie napped, the bunny tired her out.

Our plan was to grill out after our outting, but it lasted alittle longer than we expected and we had to run to the grocery store yet for stuff, so we figured we have plenty of time to grill out this Spring/Summer!

What a fun day it was! Love our family days together, especially now that the weather is getting nice and Jordyn is getting older and we can go out and do things with her!
