Aunties visit Jordyn!

The weekend of October 19th, when Jordyn was just a couple weeks old, our weekend was full of visitors from her favorite "aunties"!!

Darci and her daughter Adelyn came down that Thursday night and stayed with us until Friday. It was just hanging out, catching up, and getting some mommy advice. Darci comes down to KS every year to meet a friend for a craft fair/girls weekend so this year it worked out perfect for her to drop on by! This was actually her second time meeting Jordyn, she just couldn't get enough the first time!:)

Kim, who Darci meets down here/ex-co worker/friend, came over to meet Jordyn Friday morning before her and Darci went off to shop til they dropped! It was so nice seeing Kim as I have not seen her in about 5ish years! Darci, Kim and I all worked at Iowa Central together. Miss those ladies!!

Erica comes down to Kansas City every year for the Iowa Central football game that her hubby coaches so it worked out perfect for her to come over and Sarah to ride down with her! We were SO happy to have them down here and had such a fun weekend hanging out and getting lots and lots of mommy advice!

I've obviously seen Sarah with her own two kiddos, but seeing her with Jordyn made me see a whole other side of her. I can tell how much she loves this little girl; she would just look at her and talk softly to her, it was so sweet. Auntie S is also very generous in letting Jordyn borrow alot of Paisley's old clothes and God knows Paisley was a stylin' little girl. Thanks Auntie!!

Sarah and Erica stayed from Friday to Saturday afternoon and then headed back up to Iowa. Friday night us girls and Mark went to Smokehouse BBQ for dinner and all came back to our place and relaxed, caught up, and snuggled!

On Saturday while Erica was at the football game, Sarah and I headed up to Legends to do some shopping! We hit up Carter's for some good baby deals!

All in all, it was a great weekend spent with great friends!! Love these ladies so much (and so does Miss Jordyn!)
