The weekend before Jordyn's 1st Birthday was pretty eventful! Darci and Adelyn made their way down to KC for their annual shopping weekend with another friend of ours so they came over and hung out on Saturday afternoon! Jordyn and Adelyn took their afternoon naps while Darci and I caught up on life. It was a great afternoon and we got some much needed girl time in!:)
Since Darci and her sweet fam can't make it to Jordyn's party this weekend, Jordyn got her first birthday gift a week early, lucky her! She got her very own Minnie shopping cart!!! How fitting...she loves shopping like her mommy!
Jordyn was lovin' Adelyn and they were so sweet giving eachother hugs...It was too cute!!
We miss our besties and living so close...hopefully one day we will live closer to eachother again! :)
Sunday Jordyn got to meet a couple of the Chiefs cheerleaders!! She even got her picture with Alexis and Amaris! They were lovin' on her and she was soaking it all in as always...
Sunday evening we kicked her birthday week off the right way...we met up with two of her friends, Evelyn and Connor at Texas Roadhouse!! She made the request and mommy and daddy could not argue:) What a fun evening it was catching up with friends and celebrating our sweet girl!
She even got to ride the bull for the first time ever!! She was loving it and so was everyone else who got to watch! I just love seeing the excitement in her face and seeing her so happy!
What a great way to start her birthday week!
